Moving from prototype to industrial application is no small feat!
The main challenges/objectives are to:

Context and implementation
The pre-industrial study (4Prototype offering), performed while the prototype was developed, defined the generic elements meeting a set of specifications.
The aim of this assistance is to define the adaptations required in collaboration with the production site, in order to implement the solutions from the 4Prototype pre-industrial study.
Content of the services
The CTP will assist you while the solutions are implemented on your industrial processes:
- Expertise to optimise the solution.
- Expert staff training: in the new paper/board materials, their performance levels, their features, etc.
- Roll-out of control charts, etc.
The CTP will assist you in performing the first production runs at the production site.
